1965 - 1967 Corvette Big Block Side Exhaust Kit

This exhaust system consisted of 2 1/2" front pipes welded into a 2 3/4" chambered section. This section had two louvered internals that were held in place by the numerous crimps around the pipe. The pipe itself was finished off by a chrome tip angle cut and welded onto the 2 3/4"section. Our side exhaust system has been paintstakingly reproduced from the original seen below. It comes 14ga aluminized with the correct Corvette big block flanges, extensions and donuts. The system wll have the correct flat on the driver side front pipe as well as the corect number of crimps in the chambered section in their correct two various sizes. We do not offer different sizes of internals as GM never offered them. We only make use of the correct 1 7/8" internals. The pipes will come with the corredct bracket welded on as original in the final crimp location. All attaching hardware pictrured below will come as part of the kit. The correct chrome tip will finish off the system. Side pipe covers are not part of this kit. This system is for those who like the growl of the car more than the sound of the radio.
